Hi, I’m looking for a 12V outlet that’s safe to install for use on the exterior of a camper. Got anything?

The 12 Volt Outlet with Waterproof Cap # DG6112VP you were looking at has a waterproof cap, making it safe to install on the exterior of your camper. This outlet is rated for marine use so you'll have no issues with it. I just recommend using some sealant around the edge of the flange so that water can't leak into the wall behind it.
