Since you only have the one running light out, it is most likely the bulb/light is either damaged or the wiring to that light has become damaged. If your lights use incandescent bulbs the running lights are on a different filament in the bulb than the turn/brake light. If you have LED lights the lights themselves will either have different diodes only for the running lights or it regulates the power going to the LED's when running lights are on. Starting with a Test Light # PTW2993 you can test the power wires running to the lights to verify if the lights are getting power. If you are not getting power for the running lights you know the wiring is damaged since there are not separate fuses for all the different running lights on your 2015 Ram 5500. If you have power you will need to check the bulb/light and replace as needed.
