Compatibility of B and W Patriot 5th Wheel Hitch with Reese Revolution/Sidewinder

Question:
will this 5th wheel hitch work in my 2013 f150 supercrew with max tow and 5.5 foot box? I bought a jayco ht with a reese revolution pin box. If so what should the placement measurements be from front or rear of box. thank you

My contact at B and W has informed me that the Patriot 5th Wheel is compatible with Sidewinder pin boxes.
He also tells me that the wedge on the underside of the Reese Revolution pin box (both the universal and hitch specific wedges) are compatible with the Patriot fifth wheel hitch.
