I have a 2019 Lexus RX 350 not the F-type and I want to know if the Draw Tite trailer hitch model 75540 will require any cutting out of the plastic facing/molding at the rear of my vehicle.

Installing the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75540 on your 2019 Lexus RX 350 will not require any trimming or cutting on your rear fascia. The trimming you see linked in the installation instructions below is only required on model years after 2021. I have linked an installation video below which shows us installing the receiver on a 2018 RX 350.

I recommend installing the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118255 when you install the receiver. This will give you a 4-way flat connector which fits most small trailers you might tow. It will also allow for Auxiliary Lights # C53201 if you are using a hitch mounted accessory such as a bike rack which can impair the other drivers view of your tail lights.
