We do not have a spec sheet with dimensions of the Draw Tite hitch # 75540, as this is a custom fit hitch. The Draw Tite # 75540 will fit the following vehicles.
2016 - 2022 Lexus RX 350 excluding F Sport
2016 - 2022 Lexus RX 350 F Sport
2016 - 2021 Lexus RX 450h excluding F Sport
It looks like you are shopping for parts for a 2022 Lexus RX 350. If so the # 75540 will be a good fit. Modification of the heat shield and some trimming of the bumper fascia will be required for installation.
