what all do I need to install this hitch ? And does it come with the hitch for same price?

The Curt folding gooseneck trailer hitch # C-52 is just the hitch. You will also need an installation kit for your 2002 Ford F-150 in order to install this hitch. We have a hitch and installation kit package for your truck, # C61506-52. I have included links to the installation instructions for you. The price of the kit and hitch together can be viewed by clicking on the product page link below.
We have a couple of other gooseneck hitch options for your truck that include the installation kit. We have B and W hitch # BWGNRK1197 and Curt hitch # C630-637. Neither of these hitches have a folding ball.
