Question:
Can a Redarc Tow-Pro Elite #RED44FR be installed on a 2015 denali 350? I haul my fifth wheel rv and the service trailer brake systeminch error message used to sound off occasionally after wet weather but eventually would stop but the trailer brakes always worked. Now the error message is almost always sounding off even when im not towing anything and the trailer brakes continue to work when towing. Ive read that the factory integrated trailer brake controller can be expensive to fix and troubleshoot and should consider an after market controller which will perform much better than the factory integrated brake controller and easier and more cost effective to fix in the future. Appreciate any advice. Thank you

Yes, it can. The Redarc Tow-Pro Elite Brake Controller item # RED44FR can definitely be installed in your 2015 Denali 3500. Since your truck has the factory towing package you'll be able to install the Tow-Pro Elite using the Redarc Plug-and-Play Wiring Harness item # 331-TPH-010.
As far as your factory controller goes you will need to take your truck to the dealer and have the computer flashed to disable the factory brake controller. Doing this will remove all of the messages that keep displaying on the dash.
