Does the # C16441 come with instructions and will it work on my2010 f150? Thanks in advance.

The Curt 5th wheel installation brackets # C16441 are a fit for the 2010 Ford F-150 6-1/2 foot and 8 foot beds. These are just the brackets though and do not include the rails. Brackets and rails from different manufacturers should not be mixed because the capacity cannot be verified and they have not been tested together.
