Will this fit on my 2003 ford expedition? The stock cross bars measure 2 1/2inch wide.

Yes, it will. The Malone FoldAway-J Kayak Roof Rack w/ Tie-Downs item # MAL98FR fits crossbars up to 3-1/2" wide. You will have no problem using these on your Expedition's factory crossbars.
