The Curt CrossWing Lightweight Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter # C32DR can not be used with a rotating pin box like your Reese Revolution, unless it is locked out and being used as a normal pin box. Rotating pin boxes require 4 points of contact between the 5th wheel hitch and the truck.
To use the Curt CrossWing with your rotating pin box you would need the base rail version # C86JR and some base rails for your 2021 Ford F-250, like part # C79BR. The wedge kit # C43NR for the Crosswing is only confirmed to fit the Reese Sidewinder (68220 and 69220) so it most likely would not be compatible with your Reese Revolution and you'd have to switch to a different style hitch that would have a compatible wedge kit.
