Question:

We need to replace microwave in 1996 Coachman Santara. The dimensions of the microwave we removed are: width 22 1/2 inches. Height 14 1/2 inches. Depth 15 3/4 inches. What model microwave would work?

The closest option to your current size would be the High Pointe Flat Bed RV Microwave # HP84ZR, which is 19-1/2" wide x 13-3/4" deep x 12-3/4" tall. This microwave comes with a trim kit that has overall dimensions of 22-1/8" wide x 15" tall, but it's a recessed mount design and requires a 21-1/2" wide x 12-1/2" cutout hole in order to fit. This should perfectly fit the hole and cover any gaps, but will be a bit shallower than your current 15-3/4" depth.
