The code on the lock is 545ch. What replacement key w ill work?

We have the Replacement Key # CHK545 which is a CH545 key. This works on Steel Flush Door Latches. If that is what you have, then this key should work.
We do not have a key with the "ch" after the "545". If you can provide me with the manufacturer of the lock, that will help me be able to confirm if this key will work for sure or not.
