Im planning on ordering the furrion wireless system and Im wondering if I need this power adapter for 2020 3500 ram?

Yes, you are going to need the 7-Way Vehicle Power Adapter for Furrion RV Observation Camera # FR87PR. The main issue was with 2019 and up Chevy/GM vehicle's not supplying enough constant power to the Furrion cameras, however we did also notice this issue to be found in RAM trucks as well.
