We have both the trailer hitch and wiring that you are needing for your 2023 Ford Mustang Mach-E.
The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C77ER is confirmed to fit and has a bolt-on, no-drill installation. It will also provide you with a 2" hitch receiver, which is the most common size used for hitch mounted accessories such as bike racks, cargo carriers and ball mounts.
The Curt Powered Tail Light Converter # C59236 will fit and provide you with a 4-way wiring connector.
Adding the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900 will round out a tow package.
