Yes, the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76419 you were looking at would be a compatible fit for your 2024 GMC Terrain. The receiver tube is going to hinder your liftgate sensors so you'll likely have to wave your foot around on either side of the tube to find the sweet spot for it to open the rear door.
