How to Determine Pin Box for Picking Out Replacement on Trailer
Question:
How do you know what pinbox you currently have on your 5th wheel? I have the manufacturers sticker on the pinbox, but it doesnt show 1621, etc.

We use a couple methods to ID the pin box. Sometimes the model is listed on the pin box so there's no need to look that up. Sometimes we will give the pin box serial number to the manufacturer and they will let us know. Sometimes from previous customers we are able to search our site and find where somehow it was already verified. Or you can measure the bolt spacings of the pin box and you can determine it that way.
I attached a link to a page that shows how to measure to determine this.
