An E2 error for a Fogatti RV Tankless Water Heater # LSB64FR indicates that you have an "Unexpected flameout failure, accidental flameout during work". This is typically caused by a lack of propane or clog somewhere in the line. You'll want to first check that your propane tank is full and that the valve is fully open. From there you would need to have a licensed technician check the regulator for the trailer for a clog and recalibrate if necessary. The last thing to check would be the burner on the water heater to see if it has a clog.
