Is the Mounting Bracket of the CE Smith Bolster and Swivel Mounting Brackets Bent at 90 Degrees

I am wanting to purchase item # CE10000G-4. I need to know if the mounting bracket is at a 90 degree angle? it looks like it is bent at an odd degree in the photo.

The mounting bracket of the CE Smith Bolster and Swivel Mounting Brackets, # CE10000G-4, are bent at a 90 degree angle. The photo of the 4 brackets can be somewhat deceiving, but I grabbed one from our warehouse and made a short video for you so you can see the angle better.
