I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C96NR for your 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L. I feel this receiver is the best as it hides behind the factory cutout on your rear fascia. This will allow you to conceal the receiver when not in use.
The Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C27BR will allow you to install a 4-way flat on your Jeep. This connector is the one most commonly used on most small trailers. You can also use Auxiliary Lights # C53201 if you are using a hitch mounted accessory which impairs the view of your tail lights.
