I went out to the warehouse and pulled a Rackem wheel lock # RA-25 to measure it for you. The overall length is 20-3/8 inches. The overall width is 11-1/16 inches, and the height is just under 3-3/4 inches.
You can separate the 2 halves of this wheel lock. The overall length will still be 20-3/8 inches. The width of each half will be 8-1/2 inches.
