Question:
So I am assuming you hook the trailer to the weight scale, load the trailer then adjust accordingly. Then remove and hookto your towing vehicle correct? Towing with a 2016 Silverado 1500

Hi Charles; you will start by raising the jack on your trailer. Then you will lower it so the coupler sits down on the B&W Digital Tongue Weight Scale # BW34KR. This will give you the current tongue weight rating and you can load/adjust accordingly. Once you're done you will remove it and hook up to your tow vehicle. The scale works with any coupler size and has a max capacity of 4,000 lbs.
