I have a Reese Goosebox hitch that has been moved between different trailers three times. Before I connect it to the fourth trailer I am wondering if I should purchase new bolts. Should I be concerned that they have been torqued down three times?

Yes it would definitely be a good idea to get new bolts. We will generally see folks re use the bolts once. It does depend on the condition of course, but if they have been re torqued 3 or more times I would certainly be hesitant to re use them. We offer the Gen-Y bolt kit # GY86FR that we have used with Reese Gooseboxes in the past. Bolt kits are generally inexpensive and it is certainly a worthwhile investment.
