Hi, Do you sell the 1 1/4 version of the stealth hitch for a 2023 Tesla model 3? This is the 2 version 391TES317 Regards

We do have the 1-1/4" Receiver Attachment # 391RR1 which you can use with the Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver # 391TES317. This is the only way Stealth Hitches offers the receiver for your 2023 Tesla Model 3 is with the 2" receiver.
I recommend also getting the Towing Kit # 391CONVB7 which includes a ball mount and 4-way wiring. The 4-way wiring will allow you to use Auxiliary Lights # C53201 if you carry a hitch mounted accessory which impairs the view of your tail lights.
