Question:

I just need this for a bike rack. Is the smaller 1.25 hitch okay for that on my 2023 Bolt EV?

Yes, the Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT47GR is a great option for carrying a bike rack with your 2023 Chevy Bolt EV - you just have to make sure the bike rack is rated for use on a Class I hitch receiver, and you don't load more than 2 on the rack. Class I receivers are weaker which is why those limitations are set in place by all of the hitch manufacturers.
