You will not want to use the Head for Blue Ox SwayPro Weight Distribution w/ Pins - Underslung # BLU34XR on your trailer with a standard coupler. You would want to switch out the underslung head with the Replacement Head for Blue Ox SwayPro Weight Distribution System # BLU54XR.

The Blue Ox heads do not have angle adjustment which is why there are two different styled heads. To have the proper angle for the spring bars, you need the appropriate head for your coupler style.
