Both the Curt Hidden Cross Tube # C13406 and Visible Cross Tube # C13149 for your 2016 Toyota RAV4 include the M12x1.25 40mm long CL10.9 bolts needed to attach to your frame. You will not need to reuse or provide additional hardware to install these receivers. It is recommended to use a Brush # 814092 with cleaner to remove any dirt built up inside the threads.
