The Draw-Tite Max-E-Loader Trailer Hitch Receiver # 41547 is symmetrical so while I don't have the center location of the receiver right off-hand, what I can say is that you will be able to measure the distance between the mounting points (or even the frame of your vehicle) and the receiver will be right in the middle of that measurement (see attached).
