Question:
Will this work with a Reese 2” adjustable head? I assume they are standard bolt patterns and all 2” wide? Thank you!

Yes, the Blue Ox weight distribution shanks like the part # BLU86FR that you referenced are compatible with Reese weight distribution heads because thankfully most of the WD system manufacturers made their shanks to exact same dimensions.
