I am looking at the Swagman Skaha S67SR ebike rack Will my Fattire ebike with a wheelbase of 81 and an axel to axel of 52 fit?

No, your bike is just a touch too large for the Swagman Skaha 2 Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches # S67SR.

Since your wheelbase is so long there actually is not going to be a rack that we carry that'll allow you to carry your bike as the longest wheelbase rack we have is the Swagman XC-Extended Bike Rack for 2 Recumbent Bikes # S64650-EXT which can handle a maximum wheelbase of 69".

If you're not able to shorten the bike enough to meet the maximum wheelbase length, then your only other option is to use a trailer and pull it behind your Terrain.
