Can Any 2 Inch Cargo Carrier be Inserted into the Back of Hollywood Sport Rider 2-Bike Rack

Question:
I already have an existing cargo basket for 2 inch receivers. Would it connect to this rack when I only have it in 2-bike mode?

When in 2-bike mode the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE # HR1400Z is designed to only accept its cargo carrier and is not confirmed to work with other cargo carriers. That would make your best option # HR1400Z-85 which is the 2 and 4 bike version of the Sport Rider with the cargo carrier.
