Is this product USA made? And does it come with all the install hardware. For my 2022 dodge 2500 short bed pickup 4x4. Diesel

I have a way better option since you're looking for a product made in the USA. The Curt item # C60633 is not made here only assembled it does have the installation hardware though. Instead, I highly recommend the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch item # BWGNRK1320. This system is confirmed to fit your 2022 Ram 2500 short bed diesel truck so long as you don't have the prep package.

The B&W item # BWGNRK1320 is made in Kansas at B&W's headquarters. It includes all hardware necessary to complete the installation. It has a 30,000 lbs capacity and includes a 2-5/16" gooseneck ball that can store upside down inside the square receiver.
