Yes, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C38JR should come with the installation hardware. I verified this with the manufacturer.
We do have replacement hardware available for hitches with part # RHK. You would just need to put C38JR in the "Hitch Item Number" box. This would be the entire hardware kit (carriage bolts, flange nuts and spacers).
