Will the Thule Fit Kit for Evo Flush Rails Get Screwed Into My Factory Flush Crossbars?
Updated 07/03/2023 | Published 06/30/2023 >
Question:
A have a 2021 Mazda CX-9 with flush roof rails. The video instructions from etrailer for the 6125 Kit have the sides clamping the rails, but the instructions from Thule have one side screwing into the side of the rail which I am trying to avoid, so I can set the width myself, rather than clamping. Are there different versions of the 6125 Kit? Thank you.

Expert Reply:
The fit kit # TH67KE does not actually screw into your flush rails on your 2021 Mazda CX-9 although it does look like it.
The bolts for the fit kit will act more like set screws and will hold the feet tight to your flush bars.
