Expert Reply:
For your 1996 Ford F-250, I recommend going with the Brophy Stake Pocket Mounted Camper Tie Downs # TDSF.
These are universal anchors that will work with your 96 F-250, can be used in any pocket, and measure 5-1/2" tall x 1-7/8" wide x 3/8" thick.
These anchors do require drilling so this is going to be a permanent install, however if you'd prefer a non-permanent install the Brophy Clamp On Camper Tie-Downs # HSSF will work just as good.
