The Replacement Upper Strap for Yakima Quickback 2 and 3 Bike Carriers # Y90214 are only going to work with the Yakima Quickback 2 and 3 bike carriers and will not work with the Hangout.

So, for your Yakima HangOut 2 Bike Rack # Y02637 & # Y02638 you're going to need the Replacement Upper Strap for Yakima HangOut Trunk Bike Rack # Y74EV.
