I need to extend my 2 hitch about 7 inches. My tongue weight is 750# and trailer weight is 7000#. Do you have a product that will work for me?

Yes, we do but unless you're using a weight distribution system you'll have to go with the 14" Gen-Y Hitch Hitch Extender for 2" Trailer Hitches item # GY89SR. It is the only one with a capacity high enough to support a 7,000 lbs trailer.
If you are using a weight distribution system then the 7" Hitch Extender For 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver item # HE06 would work great.
Please note that every hitch extender on the market will reduce your hitches capacity by 50%. A better option would be to use a weight distribution system with an extended shank like item # EQ90-02-4500. This and the Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution w/ 4-Point Sway Control item # EQ37101ET would definitely give you the extra distance between your trailer and truck while also making your towing experience safer and more comfortable.
