The Hollywood Racks Hitch Cargo Carrier HR1485 you're looking for has been discontinued unfortunately.
However, for an alternative cargo carrier, you could use the 20x59 Curt Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches # C18151.
This cargo carrier is a bit larger at 20" x 59", has a higher standalone capacity at 500-lbs, and can also be tilted up when not in use.
The only draw back with this is it's not going to be compatible with your existing Hollywood Racks Sport Rider bike rack. Right now, apart from getting an entirely new bike rack/cargo carrier setup, using a standalone carrier is going to be your only option.
