Mounting Holes Dimensions for the Hollywood Racks Truck Bed Bike Carrier # HRT970

Question:
I have 3 of these coming and need to adapt them to some square tubing. The center hole looks threaded. Can you confirm the threading for the center hole? The outside holes look unthreaded. What is the C-C dimensions for these holes? Thanks!

The two outside holes of the Hollywood Racks Truck Bed Bike Carrier # HRT970 that you referenced are the only holes to be used for installing the rack. The center hole is not used. The distance between the mounting holes is 3 inches measured on center.
