Can I Use the B&W Patriot w/ a Reese Sidewinder Pin Box?

I have a 2019 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali and have an older Reese 5th wheel hitch w/sidewinder kingpin and was looking at the Patriot BWRVK3255 and an upgrade, what are your thoughts and/or recommendations?

The B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # BWRVK3255 works great with a rotating pin box. B&W makes some of the best hitches in the towing business and I highly recommend them. The Patriot has a 18,000 lbs capacity and its dual jaws provide 360 degree contact for safety and comfort.
The B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # BWRVK3255 does mount to industry standard rails. If your 2019 Sierra 1500 doesn't have a set, I recommend the B&W Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails item # BWRVK2504.
You will also need the 5th Airborne Custom Wedge for B&W Fifth Wheels item # SWW-06. This wedge is designed to be used with Reese Sidewinder pin boxes.
To make towing with a 5th wheel easier I recommend adding the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness item # C56070. This harness puts a 7-way connector in the bed of your truck and allows you to keep the one on your bumper. This makes hooking up to your 5th wheel trailer easier and more convenient.
