There are 5 basic components that you will need to flat tow your 2002 Chevrolet Tracker behind your 2006 Winnebago Adventurer. You will need base plates, a tow bar, a wiring kit, safety cables and a supplemental braking system. You would only want a fuse bypass switch if your vehicle requires fuses to be pulled when flat towing. To determine this, I recommend checking your owners manual under the recreational towing section. From my research, I could not find any information that showed you have to pull fuses, but your owners manual would be the final authority. You will also want to check your owners manual for any flat towing procedures or restrictions.
For base plates, I recommend going with the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit, # BX1636. This kit will fit all models of the Tracker and it has removable arms for a concealed look when you are not towing.
For a tow bar, I recommend the Blue Ox Alpha Tow Bar, # BX7380. This tow bar comes with safety cables, so you will not have to purchase those separate. The storage cover you are interested in is part # BX8875.
You have several different options for tail light wiring. If you do not plan on towing very frequently, then I recommend a magnetic light kit like part # TLL21RK. This kit is easy to install and easy to use and does not interfere with your Tracker's wiring system. If you plan on towing frequently and would like a more permanent option, I recommend the Tow Ready Diode System, # TR118821. This kit splices into your vehicles tail light wiring and uses your Tracker's tail lights when towing.
The final option that you will need is a supplemental braking system. For this I recommend the Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR. This system is easy to set up and use and you can also purchase a storage cover, part # BRK2506, to keep is stored neatly.
