Since you have an older model from before Thule acquired this fishing rod holder the only way to get a replacement key would be secondhand. You can however replace the entire lock assembly with the Replacement Locking Lever Latch and Keys for Thule RodVault Fishing Rod Racks # TH85ME, which will come with a key and replacement options if you ever lost the key again.
