I have a 2015 jeep Cherokee I notice they no longer have tow bar base plate for why is this

The only base plates for a 2015 Jeep Cherokee that we do not have are for the 2WD version, but that is only because that version can not be flat towed and can only be dollied.
If you have a 4WD or 4WD Trailhawk version then you can use any of the base plates listed like the etrailer Invisible Base Plate Kit # e98954.
If you're needing a complete flat towing setup you're also going to need:
1. A tow bar # e34ZR,
2. A braking system # BLU37TR,
&
3. A wiring harness # RM-15267.
