I have a Lippert 1817941 tongue jack. The manual extend/retract nut on the top of the shaft broke/shattered the one time I tried to manually use the jack. Is a replacement nut available for this jack?

What you are looking for is the Replacement Override Nut for Lippert Electric Trailer Jack # LC55FR. This will replace the broken nut on the top of your Lippert 1817941.
