Question:
What is the best pin box? I have a 2023 momentum 381ms. I could use some extra height. Stock hitch is lowered all the way and my nose is still down. 2-3inch more height would be great. Was looking at that torsion setup looks interesting. I read somewhere that one is shorter than my stock one . If so I dont want to go any shorter. Thanks

Pin boxes are typically very close in height so it'd really being pushing it to get to 2-3" of additional height. Torsion pin boxes like the Gen-Y Hitch Shock Absorbing 5th Wheel Pin Box # 325-GH-8040 can offer a tiny bit more height than a standard pin box, but they also flex under pressure and could end up being at the exact same height or less than you already have.
The Curt Flex Air 5th Wheel Pin Box # LC369535 is one of the largest options on the market due to it's air spring and Rota-Flex design so it could possibly add a bit more height to help you out. Before you could swap out the pin box you would also need to determine the bolt pattern for your current pin box. Typically there's a sticker with a serial number and RPO number that we can use to determine the bolt pattern.
Honestly, the best way to alleviate your leveling issues would be to either increase the height of the hitch head or to install a lift kit on the truck. Not every hitch has the same capacity for height so you could potentially switch to one with a tall height and still spend less than replacing the pin box. A lift kit for the truck would also be a lot more cost conscious and bring the truck to the correct height to keep the trailer level while towing.
If you'd like to explore hitch options let me know what you currently have so that I can look for some taller replacements.
