Does MORryde Hitch Mounted Stabilizer # MR22AR Have Minimum Hitch Tongue Weight Requirement
Published 06/20/2023 >
Question:
Is there a minimum weight that your receiver hitch needs to meet? I think the hitch on the back of my Cougar 5th wheel is only rated to 300lbs?

Expert Reply:
The MORryde hitch stabilizer part # MR22AR does not have any tongue weight minimum requirements for the hitch it is used in. It doesn't put that much stress on a hitch when used properly so it was not rated at all. Your hitch that has a 300 lb rating would be totally safe.
