What Is the Difference Between the Little Buddy Heater and the Camco Olympian Wave 3

Question:

The Little Buddy Heater provides about the same amount of heat 4000 BTUs, but uses a bit more propane 1/5 - 1/6 lbs/hour for the Buddy vs. 1/8 lb/hour for the Wave 3. The Little Buddy heater is about 1/3 of the price. What makes the Wave 3 worth the extra cost?

The Camco Olympian Wave 3 Catalytic Safety Heater for Small RVs # CAM57331 can heat a larger area (120 square feet) compared to the Little Buddy Heater which claims 95 square feet, has a built in automatic Piezo-electric spark starter which will last for 20K starts, and can be adjusted from 1,300 to 3,000 BTUs.

This unit is also smaller measuring 10-1/4" long x 3-1/2" wide x 11-3/4" tall and weighs 9-lbs, compared to the Buddy Heater which measures 12" long x 9-3/4" wide and weighs 12-lbs.
