Question:
Need hitch have 2” drawbar and 4 wire signal hook up for small Uhaul trailer. For 2018 Tesla Model 3.

The etrailer Class 3 hitch part # e33ZR is a fit for your 2018 Tesla Model 3 and would work great for you as it is a 2 inch hitch like what your draw bar is designed to fit and is mostly hidden with great towing capacities.
For trailer wiring you'd then want the # 119250KIT which installs without splices.
