Hello, will this work on my 2021 Model 3? It’s confirmed to fit a 2020… I don’t think there are any differences between the two?

I do agree with you that it looks like the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e33ZR should fit on your 2021 Tesla Model 3, but we've found out that there was a change in the bumper design for the newer 2021 model which keeps it from fitting properly. We haven't had a chance to install this on a 2021 model yet (October 2021) but we have installed the Stealth Hitches # 391TES317 and confirmed it is a fit. This has a similar design to our hitch but the crossmember sits higher which is what I'm thinking the difference is. I've attached an install video of the Stealth Hitches receiver on a 2021 Model 3 for you to check out and compared to what you have.

With all of that being said, if you are wanting a fit that has been tested for the 2021 Model 3 you'll want to go with the Stealth Hitches # 391TES317 if you plan on using recreational parts (like a bike rack or cargo carrier) or the kit # 391TES317T which is the exact same hitch, it just comes with wiring and an approved ball mount to use for towing.
