Question:

I am looking for a “roof” rack system to fit over my tonneau cover on my Toyota tundra 2021 CrewMax. Ideally I could open my tonneau but if not possible that’s fine. I think need a bike rack on top of that. Any suggestions? Thanks

The biggest thing is going to be finding a set of crossbars that are compatible with your tonneau cover, which most are not.

If you're open to ideas, you could sell your current tonneau and replace it with the RetraxONE XR Hard Tonneau Cover # RTT-60831. This tonneau cover is retractable so you can get into your bed in seconds but the best part is you'll also be able to mount a set of crossbars # RRVA180B-RRRLT600 as well.

These crossbars are specifically designed to be used with the Retrax XR tonneau cover, measure 71" long x 3-1/8" wide x 1-3/16" tall and will effectively provide a 220-lbs dynamic weight capacity.

From here, you'd then be able to use any roof mounted accessories like a bike rack # RBC035 that you mention.
