The correct Blue Ox baseplate for a 2013 Ram Tradesman is item # BX2409. It is designed for the Ram 1500 trucks with a plastic molded bumper. The item # BX2409 is for the Ram's with a chrome metal bumper. I wanted to mention you can not flat-tow a 2WD 2013 Dodge 1500 no matter what trim you have. If you have 4WD you are good to go.

High Low Adapter - The tow bar needs to be within 3" of level. If you measure the height of the inside top of the hitch receiver tube on your RV, and the height difference is more than 3 inches above/below the base plate tab height, you'll need a high/low adapter.
